What Hotel Lobby AI collects when you make a video, who processes it, and how long we keep it.
Hotel Lobby AI (hotellobby-ai.online, "we") turns two photos into a 15-second Hotel Lobby video. This page describes what the site actually does with your data. Questions or deletion requests: hello@hotellobby-ai.online.
What we collect
- Your two photos. Uploaded when you start an order. We use them only to check them and to render your video.
- Your email address. Stripe collects it at checkout and passes it to us so we can email your video link and answer refund requests.
- Order details. Format, quality, sound, price, the Stripe payment reference, render status, and the time you continued to checkout after the photo notice (continuing is how you confirm it).
- Product event counts. See "Analytics" below. No names, emails, IP addresses or cookies.
We never receive your card details; Stripe handles payment.
How your photos are handled
- Location and camera data are removed (EXIF, XMP and comments in JPEG, PNG and WebP files) before a photo is stored.
- Stored privately. Photos and finished videos sit in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. They are never shown on the site. Services that need them get signed links that expire within 24 hours.
- Checked before you pay. Both photos are run through an automated content check that turns away photos showing a child or content we don't allow. A rejected order is not charged and its photos are deleted right away.
- Rendered by an AI video model. After payment, the photos and the reference performance go through our own render gateway to the AI video model provider (MiniMax) to make your clip.
- Deleted on a schedule. Photos are deleted 30 days after your order finishes, or within one day if checkout is not completed. The finished video is kept so your link keeps working; email us to have it deleted sooner.
- Refund on a content block. If the finished video is stopped by the content check, the order is refunded automatically.
Who processes your data
- Cloudflare: Hosting, the API, the order database (D1) and private file storage (R2)
- Stripe: Payment, receipts and refunds
- Our render gateway and MiniMax: Photo check and video rendering
- Our own mail service (agentic-inbox, sending through Cloudflare Email): The "video ready" email and replies to you
We don't sell personal data and we don't use your photos or videos to train models.
Analytics
We count product events (for example "page viewed", "photo added", "checkout clicked", "video rendered") in our own database. Each event stores the page path, a few settings such as the chosen format, the kind of site that referred you (for example "search", "social" or "AI assistant", plus the referring site's domain) and a visitor code that is a one-way hash of your IP address and browser, salted and reset every day. The IP address itself is never stored, nothing is set in your browser, and a browser sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is not counted.
If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled it is cookieless as well. Google Analytics, if we ever turn it on, only loads after you accept it in the cookie banner; see the cookie policy.
Stored in your browser
- Your order access token, in local storage, so this browser can reopen your order page.
- The site that referred you to us, in session storage for the current tab, so the counts above can tell sources apart. It is cleared when you close the tab.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your order data, a correction, or deletion of your photos, video and email address at any time by writing to hello@hotellobby-ai.online with your order number. Payment records that Stripe and tax rules require us to keep are kept for as long as those rules require.
Children
The service is for adults only. Photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed, and the automated check turns away photos that clearly show a child.
Changes
We update this page when the site changes how it handles data and change the date above.
